Objective: to know the management modalities IR, TENS, Exercise Therapy and Home Programs in reducing pain, increasing muscle strength and increasing the range of motion in the case of plantar fasciitis. Method: This research is a case study conducted at RSD Bagas Waras Klaten, in february-march 2020. In this case study the limitation of the problem discussed muscle strengh and limitation of LGS. The modalities to be applied are IR, TENS, Exercise Theraphy and Home Program. Result: After 3 times of therapy, the results were decreased pain in the righ leg, silent pain T1: 1 became T3: 0, Tendernes T1:4 became T3: 2, motion pain T1 : 3 became T3: 2, LGS T1 S = 40o-0-45o, T2 S= 40o-0-45o, T3 S= 40o-0-45o, T1 F= 50o-0-20o, T2 F= 50o-0-20o, T3 F= 50o-0-22o, MMT T1= Flexor 5 dan Extensor 3, T2 Fleksor 5 dan Extensor 3, T3 Fleksor 5 dan Extensor 4. Conclusion: IR, TENS, Exercise Therapy and home program can reduce pain, increases muscle strength and increases LGS in the frontal plane of motion in plantar fasciitis.
